Take a whiff of the counter culture of Delhi. The new youth culture coming up in Delhi proclaiming a brand new community of the thinking young adults. And it is for this segment we have launched Voodoo! A thinking guy's magazine, we will try to keep away from the regular youth magazine traps of bad (Supposedly wacky) layout and articles on (Supposedly cool) topics ranging from lengthy discussions on crushes to how to be popular in college. No we don't cover crappie fashion or college canteens or even boring travel features. Rather we have some rather cool stuff on significantly intelligent topics. Rather than printing stuff on the latest indi pop and Punjabi remixes, we cover good, proper music. In our first ever cover story we have on offer practical ideas to deal with what we consider is the number one problem with everyone, Money. All of us know someone or the other who works in a call center. And not only that we have seen more and more young people working in a variety of jobs from restaurants to NGOs. We also cover Vipasna, a unique way of meditation and soul cleansing. Our corresspondent actually sat silent for a whole ten days to be able to write this story. The feature on the coolest Tshirt shops in Delhi took lots of sweat and toil and some really ingenuine research work by our team behind it. Across the city our team went around searching for the best tees and even talking to every person they could about where to find the coolest shirts for you. Further in the issue, we have the beginers guide to playing guitars and drums. Our writers, both music freaks have compiled and designed music lessons. Expect some follow up stories in the forth coming issues. And finally an introduction to our resident cool dude mascot, The Frog. Smarter than the avearge frogs, this guy has the attitude and ability to match the best in journalistic capabilities. In this issue he pours some valuable advice for the broken hearts. Lastly, also, don't miss the reviews of Nevermind by Nirvana and Catch 22 in our classics section.
